Instantaneous Button Response
E-talk 3 is the most powerful addition to the E-talk software range. E-talk 3 maximizes the full potential of our devices. The most significant feature is instantaneous button response and page changes. Whether you have small or large grids, symbols or digital images, you will be able to change pages in the blink of an eye.

Many Access Methods
The scanning features of E-talk 3 include Row/Column, Column/Row, Linear-Horizontal, Linear-Vertical, Joystick and Cross-Scan. The new Cross-Scan function acts as a crosshair that makes use of two switches, allowing for faster switch use when wanting to initiate a specific button. The intersected button will be initiated when the two switches are pressed.

Auditory Cue
Accompanying our powerful switch scanning, auditory cue allows users with poor motor skills and vision to preview each message before it is played out loud. A preview phrase or word that is programmed is said into the user's headphone. When the button is selected, the device's speaker will read the full message that is set on the button. Auditory Cueing is available with all scanning methods.

20 different languages
The E-talk 3 software currently supports 20 different languages including English using DECtalk, L&H, and Babel's speech engines. Languages supported include the following:

English (US/UK/AUS), French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, Dutch, Italian, Finnish, Hungarian, Polish, Russian, Czech, Korean, Hebrew, Japanese, Norwegian , Danish, Turkish , Chinese

Fully Customizable Pages
Aside from the pre-made pages that are packaged with the software, fully customizable pages can be created with almost no boundary. Edit the appearance of your E-talk page to your liking.

o Create grids from 1x1 to 20x20 or choose not to have them at all.
o Change the background of the page to a solid color or photo from your computer.
o Create your own buttons at any size without distorting images.
o Position the button anywhere on the page.
o Change the color or have the button completely invisible.
o Import an image from your computer to be placed on a button.
o Use the onboard drawing utility to create images for buttons and backgrounds.

All customization can be done either on the E-talk device itself, or from your own computer. Buttons can be used to perform all programmed functions on the device.

Word Prediction
The type and talk page has returned with an improved word prediction. Freely type, using the on-screen keyboard, to express your every need.

Multiple-User Accessibility
The ability to have multiple users on one E-talk device without using multiple flash cards is again available on E-talk 3. Custom pages and different settings can be accessed, allowing SLP's and teachers to login to different user accounts.

Drawing Utility
Users can now express their creative endeavor by creating works-of-art using the new drawing utility that is apart of the E-talk 3 software. Images drawn using the utility have the option to be saved and imported as a button or a background image. The ability to print the images that are drawn can also be done when importing the picture from flashcard to PC.
